SCHOOL SPORTS

Bagnan,Howrah, Jan. 29, 2020 : Bangalpur U.C High School of Bagnan,Howrah organised their annual sports on 28th Jan' this year in the school ground. A great interest was noticed among the students and the teachers. Guardians came in large number to witness the sports meet. Before the event began, the name of the competitors were called out. The students lined up. There were items like 400 meter flat race, 100 meter hurdle race, high jump, long jump, pole vault, shot put etc. Some events were really thrilling. An exciting scene was seen when the teachers came out as contestents. The winners were awarded prizes by the secretary of the school. After the sports were over the Headmaster encouraged the students in his short speech. The meet ended up with the happy announcement of a holiday on the following day
